Welcome to the Gympie Region, home to some of the prettiest countryside and the most diverse range of locally produced produce.

Dairy and beef cows, pigs, lambs, goats, plus an amazing range of fruit, nuts and vegetables.

To make the most of your visit to the Cooloola Farm Trail, why not stay a few nights and explore the area.

We have a vast array of accommodation styles; Hipcamp sites which have tent sites or powered sites for RV’s or caravans, plus B&B’s which have lovely guest rooms, or self-contained cottages.

Whatever your taste or budget there are plenty of choices, and as the Cooloola Farm Trail is held outside of school holiday times, the rates are affordable.

We have included a few links to get your search started and a list of near suburbs so you can narrow the search to find the right place for you.

Gympie is the main town, and the farm trail is approximately 20 – 30 minutes from the Cooloola Region where the trail begins, depending on your first stop.

Surrounding suburbs include: Wolvi, Goomooborian, Canina, Cedar Pocket, Greens Creek, Wilsons Pocket, Kin Kin, Ross Creek, these are the closest to the trail map.

30 – 45 minutes east towards the beach you have Tin Can Bay and Rainbow Beach, so if you prefer a water view, you could try these locations.

Low cost overnight camping to those travelling our beautiful country. Sublime is a great option to stop and enjoy our orange orchard grove camping.

To keep our prices affordable, it is hoped that campers will enjoy the dining options at Sublime Farm and Brewery during their visit.

WOLVI GROVE FARM

A family run avocado farm with 2 camp sites for self-contained campers. There are no toilets, showers, or water.
All campers must have their own portable toilet. Please do not request a booking unless you have your own toilet and are fully-self sufficient.

This camping patch of paradise is private and very quiet; while at the campground you are not able to see the road nor our residence. We are very respectful of your space but also keen to chat about all things avocado for those who are interested.
