Farms open from 9am – 4pm

Each year local farmers in our region open their property to the public. This offers a first-hand look at what is involved in running a farm and how the food you eat is produced.

Enjoy guided tours, workshops & local produce while you learn about the region and the food we produce. Lots of fun and you get to try delicious food while enjoying a great day out in the fresh air.

Zelda, owner and manager of Purity Essential Oils grows and distill their own native essential oils and super-foods on their Lemon Myrtle Farm guaranteeing their exceptional power and purity.

Noosa Black Coffee

Noosa Black is a family run coffee plantation established in 2006 with approximately  5,500 Arabica varietal trees and is Noosa’s only commercial coffee farm.

Cherry is harvested during winter and processed using the traditional wet processing method.

Locally grown and produced macadamia products

Utilising fresh macadamias grown on the property, Lindols produces a range of delicious sweet and savoury macadamia products which are available direct or from many local Gympie markets.

Brad and Hanna Millard operate a 10000 vine property in the Picturesque Wolvi Area.  Brad is a third generation farmer operating on this farm and although the crop varieties have changed over the past 60 years, the passion for farming hasn’t.

Brad and Hanna now produce their passionfruit crops from seeds grown in their nursery and graft their own variety.  The passionfruit season usually runs from December to September.

The farm also produces ginger, turmeric and pumpkins in the quieter months.

Wolvi State School will be open on Saturday only on the 10th August on the farm trail.

Kin Kin State School are creating a fun day to be included along the Cooloola Farm Trail.

Offering garden & Kitchen tour at 9am

9:30 will be a felting workshop for kinds $5.00

Morning and afternoon tea, soup and preserves will be available for purchase.
